1. Old Machines - As DC Computers, we’ve always been changing our machines from time
to time. This is because old machines
are slow and less secure compared to early versions. So as an Internet café we
have to stay upgraded to early versions of machines so our clients enjoy fast
Internet Services. These machines varies
from computer tower boxes, screens, printers, to small other computer related
machines.
Software& Cyber Security - We also been making changes on Software and Security.
Later versions of Software are slow and have complex security issues, so it’s
wise as well to run early versions of software which are fast, reliable and
more secure.
Internet Rates - is also one of the thing that
has been changing rapidly, this is because internet is becoming most used
technology all over the world. Because of these rapid demands it’s also
becoming expensive.
2. There has
been both positive and negative impact of these changes in our bureau. Changing
computer towers from old to early versions result in loss of data, important software and sometimes one has to setup
internet connection again. Therefore these changes caused so delays and inconveniences especially to
our customers. Most people are trained computers in later versions of windows
like windows XP, Vista and Seven, so when we updated to Windows 10 Software,
our clients were complaining that they don’t know how to use the new Windows 10
interface so we always been facing this challenge as DC Computers. It is
undeniably that latest computers use high data because of their rich graphical
looks and updates, so in this regard upgrade means spending more data than
before which will triggers data price adjustments. However on larger extend these changes has
brought about stability in our bureau, in terms of efficiency, performance and
security issues.
3. Creation of Offers – we have come up with an idea of creating offers to our customers as a
way of increasing customer base and keep hold of the old customers as well.
These offers includes, extra lessons (to customers who have difficulties in
using early versions of Windows and Machines). And internet offers involves
lessen internet prices in some days of the week like Sundays.
We have also decided to run our café with both old and later versions of
computers, so as to suits all ages of our customers.
